PREP is a multipurpose solvent. It is excellent on vinyl, hard surfaces, fabrics and velvet. Removes grease, gum, stains, spots, glue, sealant, rubber cement, permanent wax, silicone, undercoating overspray, tar and adhesives. Safe on all types of paints.
